Summary: When we 1st arrived we weren’t sure about our decision to stay at Costa Mesa Inn due to all the boxes and construction (isolated) but then we met Sandra. She made check in easy and she absolutely lovely. Then we entered the very nice newly renovated, spotless room. The room has light colored wood looking tile floors not those nasty hotel room carpets. I even walked around without my sandals-which I never do at hotels. But like I mentioned it was spotless. We went to Patrick’s Pud right next door to the inn when we returned after enjoying the sunset and dinner at the beach. It was great! We will definitely reserve at this inn the next time we go to Newport Beach, hopefully it will be all done. 😊

Summary: They are currently remodeling, once you look past the mess on the outside….you walk into your room and it’s fully remodeled! Nice big rooms, everything is brand new, it was a nice stay.

Summary: The front staff was rude upon exit; the manager kept my cash deposit saying I destroyed hotel property by using the towels to clean up a mess as well as falsified a photo of a black stain on the bed we had used to sleep in. I am a very clean person and would never leave a room I rent, dingy motel or not, worse than I came.

Summary: Nice friendly environment,modern rooms. Was a little disappointed with the pool not open and construction going on. But overall we liked our stay. Also loved the price of our room 😃
